1. I personally think it's funny that up until Lydia runs away the Bennet family does not seem to care about their reputation and acted however they pleased. Why do they care all of a sudden? What makes what Lydia did worse then what they all have already done?
2. The other question is why does Darcy help the Bennet family out after Lizzy has denied him her hand? Shouldn't Darcy feel upset and hurt by Lizzy enough not to want to help her out? or does he love her so much that even her rejection cannot phase him?
